Email Problems Addressed

For several weeks now there has been a situation where Requests for new accounts, blends, and brands have resulted in bounced or lost emails. I apologize for not addressing this issue sooner, but life gets in the way, you know?

Anyway, as far as I can tell, the situation is now fixed, and all recently signed up users should have active accounts now. If your account is not active yet, drop me a line in the comments here and I will get it turned on immediately.

Additionally, if you have requested a tobacco to be added to the database that has not been added, please resubmit the request and it will be handled immediately.

Of  course, I may have not fixed the problem entirely, so if you do get a bounced email message, please let me know with a comment here. Thanks!

HI, JUST A LINE TO TELL YOU HOW MUCH I ENJOY THIS SITE. I’M A RETIRED CRIMINAL JUSTICE OFFICER OUT OF TEXAS. I KNOW THAT MY PIPE & TO A LESSER DEGREE CIGARS HAVE SAVED SOME LIVES, I.E. I’D FOOL AROUND WITH MY PIPE RATHER THAN STRANGLE SOME JERK—JUST KIDDING, BUT THAT SMOKE SURE RELAXED ME. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

Just a quick update here. It looks as if the email problems are all straightened out, as I have received notices of all three types of requests that the site handles via email: Blend Requests, Brand Requests and Account Requests. Carry on…

I love the main site, and think this blog will be a great addition.

How about a handy link from here back to tobbacoreviews.com? (Or is it here and I’m missing it?)

An amazingly interesting, amusing and thought provoking site Camus’s review of S & G’s 1792 for instance!).
Having been a pipe smoker from the age of 17 to my present 59, I am still amazed at how many I have yet to try.
My reason for adding this comment is that I am still awaiting an email to be allowed on board.
Could you drop me a line?
